This website is operated by Strength Train LLC, doing business as Starting Strength Gyms ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the policies referenced here (our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy).

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you don't agree to these Terms, please don't use the site or place an order.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products to you.

1. Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using the site. You must not transmit viruses or any code of a destructive nature, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or related systems, or interfere with the normal operation or security of the site. A breach of any of these Terms may result in termination of your ability to use the site.

2. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability, and quantities may be limited. We've made every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen's display matches the physical product.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the site relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders arising from them, including after an order has been submitted. If we cancel your order, we'll notify you at the email address you provided and issue a full refund.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors. If we change or cancel an order, we'll attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of the order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

4. Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased on this store are redeemed at our gym locations for the coaching services described on the card; they are not redeemable for merchandise on this store. To redeem, present your gift card at the participating Starting Strength Gyms location. Gift cards can't be redeemed for cash except where required by law, don't expire, and no fees are charged on unused balances. Gift cards are not returnable or refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Starting Strength Gyms name, logos, product designs, photography, and text, is our property or used under license, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the site or its content without our express written permission.

6. Design and Merchandise Submissions

We do not accept design or merchandise suggestions, ideas, or other unsolicited submissions, and we do not open, review, or respond to them. Please do not send them to us by email, social media, mail, or any other channel.

7. Third-Party Links and Tools

The site may contain links to third-party websites or make third-party tools available. We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third parties, and any use of third-party sites or tools is at your own risk. Please review the applicable third party's policies before transacting with them.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We don't guarantee that your use of the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strength Train LLC and our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and suppliers won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some states don't allow certain limitations of liability; in those states, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strength Train LLC and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and severed from these Terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes related to these Terms or your use of the site will be handled in courts located within Idaho, where allowed by law.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site, and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any provision isn't a waiver of it.
