Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, email us at shop@startingstrengthgyms.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll confirm your return and send you the return shipping address. Please don't ship a return without contacting us first.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service; we can't issue a refund for a return that doesn't reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still don't see it, contact us at shop@startingstrengthgyms.com.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us at shop@startingstrengthgyms.com within the return window. If the size you need is in stock, we'll set up an exchange. The fastest option is usually to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
