Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy is 14 days from the date you receive your items. If more than 14 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Items must be in their original condition (not worn, not altered or washed, with all tags attached, with individual packaging). If the item(s) are in perfect condition, returns will be accepted for a full refund or exchange, less shipping costs.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If at least two weeks have gone by and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@startingstrengthgyms.com.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
