Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. We're a small operation and every order is packed by hand, so please allow the full window. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

If your order will be delayed beyond this window, we'll email you with the option to wait or receive a full refund.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

We ship from Ohio. Shipping rates and options are calculated at checkout, and delivery time is in addition to processing time and varies by destination.

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Area

We ship to addresses within the United States only.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, email us at shop@startingstrengthgyms.com with your order number. For damaged packages, include a photo. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and send a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible; we can correct the address any time before the order ships. We aren't responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we'll do our best to help recover them. Packages returned to us as undeliverable can be reshipped (with new shipping charges) or refunded less the original shipping cost.
